  I grew up with the family and they are some great people. I recently called 3 different occasions and got nothing but short answers from the woman answering the phone. Couldn’t seem to help me on thickness and just seemed like I was a burden and was bothering her to answer questions. Asked to speak to Rick every time I called and got told NO. Really unfortunate to deal with the girl at the front desk.

  I have an old house and am a handyman in general. For all my glass and screen repairs/replacements I go to Singer Glass. I have found the prices and quality of the repairs to be very good. Also, the staff is friendly and I have found them to be helpful in providing good advice. Have used them for window screen replacements as well as glass replacement in storm windows, single pane as well as double pain windows.
